I love lost in space!
Anyway a few things about the piano version:
• Definitely could use some reverb and sustain pedal
• The staccato parts sound pretty machine-gun like
• Your chords are a bit too loud and obscuring the melody
• I'd say the tune feels like it lacks cohesion and thematic development.
It's definitely headed in the right direction, style-wise though!

Thank you for the suggestions.I've tried in humanization in Cubase (note lenghts, positions...) still learning, will be better in the future as i progress.

Enjoyed it!! I think the chord progression particularly from 0:47 seconds is very clever! Only think I would say (basically reiterating what Chris said) - but the staccato in particular is a bit disjointed and uneven sounding (I'm assuming this is all played in live?) Are all the notes quantised etc? Otherwise, keep it up, sounding good
